UPDATE, FORCED TO SIGN DOCUMENTS AGAINST MY WILL:

On March 29, 2010 at approximately 9 a.m., I was told to sign documents or else.

The or else would have been a contempt of court charge.

The documents were counteroffers for the sale of my home that I had not authored and did not want to sign.

Rather than go to jail or be fined when I was losing a day's wages already for having to be in court was too much for me to deal with after a night of only two hours of sleep so I could prepare relevant declarations.

I wrote "Signed against my will". The judge used white-out to paint over my statement.

I wrote "I hereby disclose mold". The judge again used white-out to paint over my statement.

A bailiff was standing over me making sure I signed.

I am still in shock.

I was forced to sign documents against my will and not allowed to indicate what happened.

If this can happen to me, it can happen to you.
